Simple Exercises That Will Get You Strong

To add difficulty to your workout, break the exercises into a circuit. A circuit is where you perform a few different exercises back to back without taking any sort of rest. You may be able to do bench press, then seated dumbbell curl followed by bent-arm DB flies and finished off with tricep push-down... you know.
